Mr. Sangeui Na passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2007. He is a partner at LEE & MOCK IP and handles a broad range of intellectual property matters across advanced electronics and IT fields, including electrical/electronic engineering, semiconductor/display, secondary battery/energy, AI/software, autonomous driving/robotics, and aerospace/UAM/defense.

Mr. Na’s practice covers the full spectrum of IP work — from domestic and international patent prosecution and Office Action (OA) responses, to patent infringement and invalidity opinions, scope of rights confirmation trials, invalidity searches, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patent landscape analyses, IP consulting and advisory services, and government-funded research projects. He represents leading domestic corporations and government-funded research institutes, supporting them in building competitive patent portfolios and developing effective IP strategies. A graduate of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Seoul National University, Mr. Na brings a strong technical foundation to his practice. He excels at working directly with inventors to identify core inventive concepts, closely tracking rapidly evolving technology trends, and translating these insights into effective IP strategies.
