Mr. Juhyun Oh, a registered patent attorney who passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2010, serves as a partner attorney at LEE & MOCK IP, providing specialized intellectual property services including patent/utility model prosecution, IP trials and litigation, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analysis, patent landscape research and IP R&D projects, corporate IP portfolio strategy consulting, and IP law lectures and advisory services.
With deep expertise spanning the broader field of chemistry and materials-based technologies, he delivers full-cycle startup consulting services encompassing advisory support for founding and growth, IP portfolio development, technical advisory for Series A through D investments, and guidance on IPO qualification through technology-based special listing.
