Since passing the Korean Patent Bar Examination in 2021, Ms. Jinhwa Nam began practicing as a patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP in 2022. Her practice focuses largely on patent and utility model applications, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, and infringement analysis.

Ms. Nam primarily specializes in the display sector, managing the entire patent lifecycle — from initial application to final registration — across a wide range of advanced display technologies, including OLEDs, QD-OLEDs, and tandem devices. Furthermore, she supports applicants in securing global rights by handling overseas filing and responding to Office Actions in major jurisdictions such as the United States, China, Japan, and Europe.

Leveraging her academic background in chemistry and a deep technical understanding of materials, Ms. Nam possesses distinct strengths in effectively transforming the core concepts of an invention into legally enforceable rights.
