Bumtak Han

Mr. Bumtak Han worked as a semiconductor process engineer at a global semiconductor company from 1991 to 1993. He began his career as a patent prosecutor at LEE & MOCK IP in 1993. He has been managing a range of tasks related to general intellectual property rights, including drafting, filing, and negotiating to secure patent rights for both domestic and foreign patents.

Mr. Han has also been focusing more intently on U.S. patent prosecution in connection with new applications and Office Action (OA) responses. His primary area of specialization is the semiconductor industry, and he has practical experience in a range of intellectual property matters involving various semiconductor technologies, such as logic devices, memory devices, CMOS image sensors, semiconductor front-end processes, semiconductor back-end processes, and LEDs. He has carried out intellectual property matters in a number of countries and jurisdictions, including Korea, the US, Europe, China, and Taiwan.
