Ms. Jieun Noh qualified as a Korean patent attorney in 2019, and joined LEE & MOCK IP in 2021. She handles intellectual property matters in advanced technology fields including displays, semiconductors, and steel & metals.

Ms. Noh’s core practice covers prior-art searches, domestic and international patent prosecution, Office Action (OA) responses, invalidity analyses, and infringement analyses. With a background in Materials Engineering, she possesses a strong technical understanding that enables her to accurately identify the core aspects of technologies and develop effective patent protection strategies. Drawing on her experience in handling matters for universities, research institutes, and large corporations, Ms. Noh provides optimized intellectual property (IP) strategies that take into account the entire process from research and development to commercialization.
