Mr. Dong-Hoon Chung is a partner and patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP. He passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2013, and since then he has handled a wide range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and foreign patent, utility model, and design applications, Office Action (OA) responses, and registration procedures, covering the entire process from filing to registration.

Mr. Chung has handled matters for major corporations, including a global semiconductor company, as well as numerous small- and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, he assists clients in securing rights based on his in-depth understanding and experience in various technical fields, including semiconductor devices, processes, and equipment, as well as related industries. Mr. Chung also has extensive experience in foreign filings and OA responses, and assists clients in securing global intellectual property rights through close collaboration with foreign associates. In addition, in the field of design rights, he provides tailored intellectual property services aligned with his clients’ business strategies and needs, enabling effective protection of creative elements that may be difficult to protect through patents alone.
