Ms. Jungsun Kim is a patent administration specialist who oversees Korean patent filing matters for foreign applicants. Drawing on more than 35 years of hands-on IP experience in patent specification drafting, translation, filing, and Office Action responses for leading domestic and international companies, she manages cross-border patent prosecution with extensive practical expertise.

Ms. Jungsun Kim began her career in 1988 at Koreana Patent Firm, where she handled Korean patent prosecution matters for foreign applicants, including specification translation, filing, and Office Action responses.

From 1991 to 1993, Ms. Kim worked at the London branch of Seoul Bank (currently Hana Bank), where she was responsible for financial operations relating to the Libya Great Man-Made River Project.

After joining LEE & MOCK IP, Ms. Kim was responsible for drafting patent specifications and handling the filing and prosecution of patent applications for major display and semiconductor companies in South Korea. She was also responsible for the Korean translation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications for foreign applicants. Since 2000, she has overseen patent filing and portfolio management matters for foreign applicants in Korea.

From 2017 to 2023, she also served as an assistant administrator of AIPPI Korea.
