Ms. Juyi Oh passed the Korean Patent Bar Examination in 2021 and has an academic background in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Biosystems Engineering. Since joining LEE & MOCK IP in 2024, she has handled a wide range of domestic and international patent matters, focusing on image processing, UX/UI, software, home appliances, artificial intelligence (AI), and game services.

Ms. Oh has extensive practical experience in user experience-driven technologies, AI applications, smart home appliances, image and audio signal processing, device connectivity, and game and interactive content technologies. In the field of image processing, she has supported the stable protection and strategic IP development of core technologies through continuous patent prosecution work involving image quality restoration and super-resolution technologies. In the game sector, she has handled patent matters relating to game service architecture, AI applications, and user experience optimization, and has developed practical expertise in the convergence of gaming and digital service technologies.
With particular strength in foreign patent prosecution for global market expansion, Ms. Oh develops strategic responses tailored to the examination systems and practices of major jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe, China, and Japan. She identifies the technical core of inventions with precision and proposes customized patent protection strategies that enhance her clients’ technological competitiveness and secure stable IP rights. Her key strengths include efficiently structuring inventions across diverse technical fields and preparing persuasive patent specifications and Office Action responses based on strong technical comprehension and logical analysis.
In addition, Ms. Oh has participated in and delivered presentations at international IP programs, while continuing to bridge practice and education in the field of IP by providing multi-level trademark law lectures for Korean Patent Bar Examination candidates and authoring preparatory textbooks based on her teaching experience.
