Since passing the 42nd patent attorney examination in 2005, Mr. Park Jongwook has worked at C&S Patent Law Firm, First International Patent Law Office (as a partner patent attorney), and Sejong Law Firm, and is currently working as a patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP.
With a background in physics from Sogang University and a deep technical understanding of the semiconductor and display fields, Mr. Park has handled numerous patent applications, analysis, and Office Action (OA) responses for major Korean conglomerates including a global semiconductor company, a global display company, a global mobile display company, a global battery company, a global technology company, a global electro-mechanics company, and a global cable company. Currently, Mr. Park specializes in drafting patent specifications and handling OA responses in the fields of semiconductor devices, processes, and equipment for a global semiconductor company, as well as invalidity searches and prior-art searches related to a global display company\\\'s OLED and LED technologies. With a physics background, he excels at translating complex technical issues into effective intellectual property strategies. Mr. Park has also delivered intellectual property lectures at numerous universities, including Inha University, Kookmin University, Ajou University, and Ansan University, and has continuously contributed to IP education as an intellectual property instructor at the Korea Invention Promotion Association.
