Mr. Jaegab Lee has is a patent attorney and partner at LEE & MOCK IP, where he handles patent and utility applications, intellectual property trials, infringement analysis, and patent search/analysis. In particular, he has been responsible for domestic and international patent prosecution, Office Action (OA) responses, and patent analysis for major Korean corporations. In addition, he has advised mid-sized Korean companies on establishing IP strategies through in-depth analyses of filing strategies and their competitors’ intellectual property portfolios.

Mr. Lee has handled a wide range of technical fields, including memory devices, semiconductor devices, semiconductor inspection equipment, display devices, quantum computing devices, and secondary batteries. He possesses extensive practical experience in patent prosecution, trials, infringement analysis, domestic and foreign OA responses, and IP strategy consulting.

With a master’s degree in engineering, he performs his intellectual property work professionally based on his strong technical understanding of electronic materials and mechanical engineering.
