Mr. Soonik Kwon is a patent attorney and partner at LEE & MOCK IP, providing a broad range of intellectual property services based on extensive experience in patent practice.
Since qualifying as a patent attorney in 2002, he has handled a wide range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international patent prosecution, trials, and litigation in the fields of telecommunications/ICT, AI/software, electrical/electronics/communications, and semiconductors.
In addition, Mr. Kwon provides strategies for preventing and responding to patent disputes through patent searches and analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analysis, and IP consulting services. For clients who are less familiar with intellectual property matters, such as venture companies and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), he guides the entire process from invention discovery to patent filing and supports the development of optimized IP portfolio strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
