Mr. Jihwan Oh passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2003 and currently serves as a partner patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP. He handles a wide range of intellectual property prosecution matters from filing to registration, including Korean and foreign patent and utility model applications, responses to Office Actions, and registration procedures.

Mr. Oh has extensive practical experience handling matters for major corporations and supports applicants in securing their rights based on his deep understanding and experience in various technical fields and related industries, including semiconductor design, wireless communications, artificial intelligence, and image processing.

Mr. Oh also advises mid-sized Korean companies in the home appliance technology sector, providing comprehensive IP services closely aligned with clients’ R&D and business strategies. His work includes invention harvesting, patenting strategies, infringement opinions regarding competitors’ patents, patent map preparation for newly developed technologies, domestic and international prior-art searches, third-party observations, invalidity searches, and representation in non-exclusive license registration matters.
