Ms. Hyunju Kim passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2001 and is currently a partner at LEE & MOCK IP, specializing in intellectual property work in various fields such as domestic and international patent applications and responses to grounds for rejection, freedom-to-operate FTO) and infringement analysis, patent search and analysis, and IP strategy consulting.
In particular, having managed technology fields such as displays and semiconductors for domestic companies for many years, Ms. Kim possesses a high level of technical understanding and diverse practical experience regarding various materials for displays, materials for semiconductors, and process engineering. Based on this, she provides comprehensive intellectual property services to clients in the relevant technology field, including effectively executing patent rights registration and securing diverse portfolios tailored to client needs, as well as establishing in-depth IP strategies based on FTO and infringement analysis results.
