Mr. Injun Hwang has built extensive experience in domestic trademark prosecution and trademark portfolio management since joining LEE & MOCK IP in 2012.

Mr. Hwang’s practice includes a broad range of trademark matters, including goods and services review, trademark clearance searches, Office Action support, amendments, and support for trademark disputes such as oppositions and trials. He also handles copyright registration matters and has extensive practical experience across both trademark and copyright practice areas.

As the first point of contact for clients making initial inquiries regarding Korean trademark matters through the firm’s main telephone line, Mr. Hwang carefully reviews clients’ questions and provides guidance on filing procedures and trademark protection strategies. Through attentive and client-focused communication, he assists clients in establishing and protecting their trademark rights from the earliest stages of the registration process.
