Ms. Hyun Joo Ahn is a registered patent and trademark attorney who passed the 44th Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2007. After gaining extensive experience at major Korean law and intellectual property firms, she currently handles domestic and international trademark and design matters at LEE & MOCK IP.
Ms. Ahn provides comprehensive legal services across a broad range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international trademark and design filings, registrability and availability searches, Office Action (OA) responses, oppositions, trials, litigation, and infringement analysis. Her practice also encompasses copyright registration, domain name disputes, and advisory services relating to unfair competition matters.
