Ms. Yoon-Kyung Cho is a premier global intellectual property (IP) expert specializing in trademarks, designs, and unfair competition law. With over 25 years of extensive practice, she handles the full spectrum of IP matters for both domestic and international corporations, ranging from trademark and design prosecution and portfolio management to licensing counsel and litigation before the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (IPTAB), the Patent Court, and the Supreme Court of Korea.
Ms. Cho has delivered exceptional results in building global trademark and design portfolios, resolving cross-border disputes, and advising on unfair competition, copyrights and internet domain name conflicts. Widely recognized on the international stage for her expertise and leadership, she serves as the Chair of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Design Committee and represents South Korea as a member of the College of Experts for UNIFAB, the prominent French anti-counterfeiting organization.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Cho is an avid and passionate badminton player.
