Mr. Joon Seok Shin passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2015 and currently serves as a patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP. He handles a wide range of intellectual property prosecution matters from filing to registration, including Korean and foreign patent and utility model applications, responses to Office Actions, and registration procedures.

Mr. Shin has represented major corporations, including global IT enterprises, as well as numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on his in-depth technical understanding and practical experience in various fields, including semiconductor design, wireless communications, artificial intelligence, and image processing, he assists clients in securing intellectual property rights that effectively protect their technologies.
