Ms. Nahyun Park is a patent attorney with an academic background in mechanical engineering and artificial intelligence. After passing the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2024, Ms. Park began practicing at LEE & MOCK IP in 2025. She focuses on intellectual property matters in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), software, image processing, augmented reality (AR), and mobile technologies.
In particular, leveraging her cross-disciplinary expertise in AI and mechanical engineering, Ms. Park handles patent matters for cutting-edge technologies, ranging from on-device AI and hardware control to Large Language Models (LLMs), image processing, computer vision, and neural network architectures. She designs the optimal scope of patent protection by seamlessly bridging mathematical and theoretical AI algorithms with their practical implementations in physical systems and software.
