Ms. Kyunglim Lee passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2011. Ms. Lee practices as a patent attorney and partner at LEE & MOCK IP, handling a wide range of domestic and international Intellectual Property (IP) matters.
Because Ms. Lee has a Master’s degree in Physics and practical experience as a researcher at a venture enterprise, she possesses a deep understanding of diverse technologies. Leveraging this expertise, she is fully committed to protecting intellectual property and building robust patent portfolios in cutting-edge technology sectors, including semiconductors, displays, and sensor devices.
Furthermore, Ms. Lee has extensive experience providing professional counseling to major domestic corporations as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on international and domestic patent prosecution, invalidity searches, patent trend analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, infringement analysis, and IP portfolio establishment.
