Mr. Kwangjae Lee has been practicing as a patent attorney since 2002, and since 2016, he has been practicing as an attorney at law handling disputes and advisory services.
His primary areas of practice are intellectual property rights and corporate law. Specifically, he has handled matters related to the enforcement or defense of rights based on registered rights such as patents, trademarks, and designs; the enforcement or defense of non-standard intellectual property rights based on the Unfair Competition Prevention Act; and issues concerning the leakage of trade secrets, including technical data, in technology-based companies. Furthermore, he handles numerous disputes and advisory cases regarding corporate law issues arising from business transactions and transfers, investment contract advisory for startups, and fair trade issues in business-to-business transactions.
