Ms. Hyejin Jo is a patent attorney who passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2015. Since then, she has been engaged in domestic and international intellectual property practice, focusing on the fields of chemistry, materials, and energy.

Ms. Jo has extensive hands-on experience across all areas of intellectual property, including domestic and international patent and utility model applications, Office Action responses, patent searches and analyses related to third-party observations, invalidation, and infringement, FTO analyses, advisory services, the development of domestic and overseas patent portfolios for Korean companies, and incoming work for various clients.

In particular, Ms. Jo has handled numerous patent filings and prosecution matters not only in Korea but also in the IP5 jurisdictions and other overseas countries, providing tailored IP solutions for each client based on a solid combination of technical understanding and legal analysis.
