Mr. Yongseok Jang passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2021. Mr. Jang practices as a patent attorney specialized in patent prosecution for large corporations, including a Korean-based global display manufacturer, in the fields of displays and semiconductors. In addition, he handles patent prosecution across various technology sectors, including structural mechanics and general machinery.
Furthermore, Mr. Jang is in charge of infringement reviews through invalidity searches and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, while providing consulting services for corporate IP portfolio establishment and dispute prevention. Additionally, he has participated as a principal researcher in various IP-R&D strategic support projects organized by government and public institutions, such as the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency (KISTA), supporting domestic companies in securing core technology rights and establishing research and development directions.
Based on technical analysis and practical experience, Mr. Jang provides comprehensive intellectual property services spanning from patent prosecution to dispute resolution.
