Mr. Eungjae Na is a patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP, where he handles a broad range of intellectual property matters covering the entire patent prosecution process, from patent and utility model filings to domestic and foreign Office Action responses and registration procedures.

Mr. Na’s primary practice focuses on semiconductor technologies. He has extensive experience in domestic and foreign patent prosecution and IP protection across a wide range of technical fields, including DRAM, NAND, HBM, logic devices, semiconductor packaging, semiconductor process equipment, and process materials. He also works closely with foreign associates in major jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe, China, Japan, and Taiwan, to support clients in securing global patent portfolios and intellectual property rights. With an academic background in Materials Science and Engineering, Mr. Na has a strong technical understanding of semiconductor device structures, materials, and processes. Based on this technical expertise, he focuses on accurately identifying the core technical features of inventions and preparing patent specifications and claim sets that take into account both patentability and the appropriate scope of protection.
