Mr. Wook Kim passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2015 and is currently serving as a Partner at LEE & MOCK IP. He is extensively engaged in patent and utility model prosecution, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analyses, as well as patent search and analytics. He also has expertise in a wide range of areas, including IP due diligence and strategic advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Mr. Kim handles a broad spectrum of technologies, including automotive components, medical devices, construction and civil engineering, and industrial machinery. He possesses extensive practical experience in patent filing and prosecution, infringement analysis, domestic and foreign Office Action responses, patent mapping, and IP strategy consulting.

By closely communicating with a diverse range of clients, including mid-sized companies, small- and medium-sized enterprises, and individual inventors, Mr. Kim has developed strong capabilities in effectively securing and protecting technical innovations based on his deep understanding of mechanical and structural technologies. In addition, he has participated as a lead researcher in various IP-R&D projects organized by government agencies, public institutions, and private organizations, thereby contributing to the establishment of R&D strategies for domestic companies.
