Mr. SangHun Kim passed the Korean Patent Bar Examination in 2016 and has been a patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP since 2020. He performs tasks to secure rights for inventions in the field of telecommunication standards, both domestically and internationally. He also performs extensive practical work across all aspects of intellectual property rights, including patent infringement and invalidity assessments.

Mr. Kim majored in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Korea University and demonstrates expertise in wireless communication standards such as 3GPP Long Term Evolution (LTE), 5G New Radio (NR) and 6G, as well as short-range communication such as Ultra-Wideband (UWB).

Mr. Kim has handled patent matters in various jurisdictions including Korea, the United States of America, Europe, China, India and Japan, and possesses practical patent experience across a broad range of countries and territories.

Based on his understanding of these specialized fields and practical experience in international patent prosecution, Mr. Kim supports a domestic company in effectively securing intellectual property rights for inventions related to telecommunication standards.
