Ms. Yeji Kim passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2023 and has been practicing as a patent attorney at Lee & Mock IP since 2025, where she is engaged in a broad range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international patent, Office Action (OA) responses, registration procedures, and maintenance of intellectual property rights.

In particular, Ms. Kim handles semiconductor-related matters for a global semiconductor company, including prosecution procedures from filing to registration across a wide range of semiconductor technologies, such as DRAM, NAND, logic devices, semiconductor process facilities, and equipment. She also has extensive experience in foreign applications and Office Action responses in major jurisdictions such as the United States, Europe, China, and Japan, and supports applicants in securing global IP rights through close collaboration with foreign associates. With an academic background in materials engineering and mechanical engineering, Ms. Kim has a broad understanding of structures, materials, and processes of semiconductor devices. Based on this technical expertise, she is skilled at identifying the core technical features of inventions and effectively protecting them through intellectual property rights.
