In particular, he has handled patent prosecution for semiconductor technologies (DRAM, NAND FLASH, etc.) of major Korean corporations, and has successfully led numerous inventions from application to registration.

In addition, Mr. Nam has performed patent work for major Korean corporations in various technological fields, such as home appliances and power systems. He possesses experience across a broad range of patent-related matters, including drafting patent application, responding to examination Office Actions, and conducting infringement analysis. Furthermore, he has worked on patent application and registration within various jurisdictions, such as Korea, the United States, Europe, and China.
