Ms. Jaeyeon Lee is a Partner at LEE & MOCK IP and has been a licensed Korean patent attorney since 2004. Her practice spans the full spectrum of patent matters, including patent drafting and prosecution, Office Action responses in Korea and abroad, and infringement analysis. She has handled numerous foreign filings and prosecution matters across major jurisdictions such as the United States, Europe, China, and Japan, drawing on her in-depth understanding of local examination practices to help clients build and manage robust global patent portfolios.
Ms. Lee’s technical expertise spans a wide range of fields within the electrical and electronics sectors, including software, UX/UI, AI, medical devices, home appliances, displays, and circuits. Having worked with clients of all sizes — from multinational corporations and universities to early-stage startups — she takes the time to understand each client\\\'s technology and business goals, and tailors her patent strategy accordingly.
