Mr. Jeonghan Lee passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2016. As a patent attorney and partner at LEE & MOCK IP, he advises major Korean companies on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international patent and design applications, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analyses, patent searches and analyses, patent landscape reports, responses to warning letters, IP consulting, and trademark counseling.

Mr. Lee has extensive practical experience across a wide range of technical fields, with a particular focus on mechanical control, mechanical systems, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, robotics, electronic components, secondary batteries, medical devices, smart farming, mechanical structures, architecture, and design, including general design and UX/UI design. His practice includes prior-art searches, domestic and international patent prosecution, responses to Office Actions in Korea and abroad, patentability and invalidity analyses, infringement analyses and response strategies, patent landscape projects, and IP R&D.
